Bunger Surf Shop is one of the oldest family owned and opertated surf shops in the USA. Since 1962 Bunger Surf Shop has been providing surfers will all the latest and greatest gear.

In 2007, Bunger opened up its second location, in the heart of Sayville. With over 2,200 sq. ft. of space, we offer everything you need and more. Bunger features a huge selection of surf, skate and snow gear, hand selected by our staff to keep you up to date with all the latest trends. From decks, bearings, and wheels to surfboards, wetsuits, and snowboards, we've got you covered.

In addition, Bunger also carries a full line of sneakers and sandals from all of your favorite brands. Our sunglasses section offers a huge range of styles and manufacturers for you to choose from. And that's just the beginning...

We also provide a huge selection of both men's and women's apparrel, including headwear and accessories, such as watches, hats, beanies, bags, and more.

Our apparel line includes tees, hoodies, outerwear, shorts, jeans, jackets, and everything in between. If you need it, we have it, and if we don't carry what your looking for, we will be happy to assist you and help you find it.

Bunger also provides professional repairs and maintenance on all of your gear, including complete deck assembly, surf ding repairs, and snowboard tuning.

As a legendary name on the east coast, Bunger Sayville seeks to establish itself in the community as a positive influence for the surrounding youth. We host regular events at the shop, including movie screenings, professional appearances and signings, and contests. Bunger also sponsors individual teams, in surfing and skating. The Bunger teams compete regularly in contests across the region. If interested in trying out for one of the teams, please contact us at the shop.

We also run a surf camp every summer, organized through the shop, here on Long Island. With professional instructors and equipment provided by Bunger, we offer training to all ages and skill levels. Transportation and food is included in the camp fees.
